The marginalised sections in our society are frequently left grappling with the consequences of this digital divide.
We are focused on building a more sustainable and inclusive future for all. It is our belief that the upcoming generation of innovators, regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds, deserves more than just access to digital skills.

We were not merely closing the digital divide; we were building a future where technology becomes the great equalizer.
Our work is distributed across 4 pillars:
Digital Academy
The Digital Academy initiative was envisaged as an enabler for ‘Transforming Lives through Technology.’ The program offers opportunities for skilling India’s employment-seeking underprivileged youths. Our academies offer IT/ITES courses targeting youths aged 18-35 from marginalised communities. The program equips them with necessary technical and soft skills, delivered in an environment conducive to the learners’ needs. Till date, we have established 55+ Digital Academies in India, benefitting over 103k youth.
Digital Citizenship and Digital Literacy
This program offers access to digital tools and devices, teaches foundational digital skills to the uninformed and untrained, and inspires young people and women to pursue careers in tech. Our programs resulted in over 3.2 million people gaining digital literacy by 2023. As part of this program, we also strive to ensure that children in government schools across India have equal opportunities to explore STEM as a career path.
Tech4Positive Futures
This program leverages innovative, technology-led, ecosystem-enabled solutions to solve some of the world’s key societal and environmental challenges. This initiative highlights our unwavering commitment to utilising technology as a catalyst for positive transformation, exploring diverse channels to tackle urgent social and environmental challenges.
Environmental Sustainability
We, as a responsible corporate, acknowledge our responsibility towards protecting the environment and taking adequate actions for its sustainability – through initiatives to sensitise people about protecting and nurturing the environment. We are committed to cutting our carbon emissions and to minimising the impact that our business activities and those of our suppliers have on the environment.
