Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF)
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2007 by the Jubilant Bhartia Group to drive progressive social change through strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships. JBF focuses on conceptualising and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for the Jubilant Bhartia Group and other corporate entities. The foundation develops sustainable models for social change, emphasising knowledge sharing, experiential learning, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

JBF works in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and operates under a Public-Private-People Partnership (4P) model. All initiatives are regularly monitored and audited to ensure effectiveness and transparency. The foundation empowers communities through long-term and sustainable social interventions, viewing communities as prime stakeholders.
Education
JBF has benefitted over 200,000 students in 1030 government primary schools through E-Muskaan (School Digitisation), Kushiyon Ki Pathshala (Value education), Muskaan Fellowship (Youth Leadership programme)
Healthcare
JBF provided affordable basic and preventive healthcare to over 11.8 lacs populations in 451 villages, through Jubilant Aarogya, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre, mobile dispensaries, the JUBICARE tele-clinic platform, and the Swasthya Prahari program.
Rural Development
Involves mapping resources and disseminating Emergency Preparedness plans with neighbouring communities at all plant locations, through Jansanchetna. JBF also provides Rural Infrastructure support including Water ATMs, hand pumps, pond reclamation, school buildings, and community toilets as needed.
Escalating Employability
The foundation supported sustainable livelihood options to 10000 families through projects like Nayee Disha (Skill Development), Samridhhi (SHG & Micro-Enterprise Promotion), and JUBIFARM (Sustainable Agriculture Program), which includes sub-programs like Pashu Sakhi (animal wellbeing) and Paryavaran Sakhi (environment well-being).
Social Entrepreneurship
JBF fosters social entrepreneurship by highlighting leading social innovation models to top decision-makers in business and government.
For 14 years, JBF, in partnership with the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship (a sister organisation of the World Economic Forum), has promoted social entrepreneurship in India. Together, they recognise and award promising and successful social entrepreneurs who excel in creating large-scale, system-changing models. These social entrepreneurs implement practical and sustainable solutions to address challenges in health, education, environment, access to technology, and job creation. Winners receive opportunities to participate in global events, including a three-year structured program designed to help them scale their solutions to reach millions worldwide. Additionally, they are eligible to apply for the Hindustan Times Fellowship for the Stanford Seed Transformation program, further enabling them to amplify their social impact.
